After my silent retreat I'm reminded of Jack Kornfield's comment "The mind is like a dangerous neighbourhood, I try not to go there alone"
Fresh back from a 5 day silent retreat doing meditation and qigong from 6:30am to 9:30pm, this seems to succinctly cover the whole shebang!
